In the mountain landscapes of Oman, as the sun pulls below the horizon, frankincense smoke begins to rise — a fragrance that has warded off darkness, filled the vaulted ceilings of cathedrals and been worth more than its weight in gold. It was burned not for pleasure alone, but as a transmission: to the divine, to the ancestors, to the breath itself. Loban is frankincense not burned, but worn — a living, evolving declaration of something far older than modern perfumery.

It opens like mountain air at dusk — pine resin and cedarwood, sharp and resinous. Frankincense rises at the heart, deepened by vetiver and oak into something earthy and sacred. Ambergris and sweet talc close it softly — smooth, lingering and serene.
